Acceptance of Terms
By using Cover Studio AI or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority needed to enter a binding agreement where you live. Minors may not independently purchase subscriptions.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared to bypass plan limits unless a team feature expressly permits it.
Service Description
Cover Studio AI provides tools for uploading artwork, generating AI artwork, creating Kindle covers and paperback or hardcover wraps, adding text and cover content, calculating production dimensions, exporting files, and accessing publishing guides. Cover Studio AI does not publish books directly to Amazon or another publisher.
Free and Paid Plans
The plans are Draft (free), Author, Publisher, and Press. Current pricing and included allowances are shown on the pricing page at purchase time and may change.
Billing and Renewals
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and automatically renew until canceled. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout states otherwise. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation; taxes may apply; and failed payments may restrict paid access.

AI Generation Allowances
AI generation is subject to plan allowances, which reset with the applicable billing cycle. Failed generation attempts that the application records as failed do not consume a completed-generation allowance. Unused allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated. Allowances have no cash value. Abuse, automation, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
Uploaded Content
You confirm you own or have permission to use uploaded artwork, photographs, logos, fonts, text, manuscripts, and other assets. You retain ownership. You grant Cover Studio AI a limited license to store, process, display, transform, export, back up, and transmit that content to service providers as needed for your requested service. The license ends when content is deleted, subject to backups and legal retention duties.
AI-Generated Content
AI output may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for others. It can contain errors or unwanted elements. You must review it before publication. Cover Studio AI does not guarantee copyrightability, trademark clearance, exclusivity, or noninfringement, and you are responsible for confirming final content can legally be used.
Publishing Responsibility
You are responsible for publisher specifications, dimensions, safe areas, spelling and metadata, proof copies, rights to all content, final exports, and compliance with Amazon KDP or other publisher rules. Cover Studio AI does not guarantee that a publisher will approve, print, distribute, rank, or sell a book.
No Affiliation
Cover Studio AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, Barnes & Noble, Stripe, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform referenced in the service.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, fraud, malware, harassment, nonconsensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, exploitation or disruption of the service, bypassing plan limits, automated scraping, billing-avoidance credential sharing, contact-form spam, or content that violates an AI provider’s rules.
Service Availability
Features may change, maintenance may occur, and third-party providers may have outages. Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We use reasonable efforts to preserve projects but do not promise permanent storage.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may close your account through available account tools or by contacting support.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on third parties such as Stripe, OpenAI, hosting and email providers, Amazon KDP, and Barnes & Noble. Their services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Cover Studio AI is provided “as available” without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every publishing requirement.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of FL, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, venue lies in USA, FL.
Changes to Terms
Updated Terms will show a revised effective date. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance, subject to applicable law.
